Adam, Ed, Gary, Johnny, and Ray are friends of nearly 40 years who believe that with one cup of paying attention, a dollop of persistence, and a scoop of discipline, one can achieve a modest level of contentment in life, build a rewarding career, and maybe even earn the ability to retire early. They believe it because they’ve done it. And what they serve up weekly can help you do the same.
